Dr. Chien-Che Hung

Dr. Hung received his Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree from the College of Veterinary Medicine, National Chung Hsing University, Taiwan in 2000, and a Master of Science degree in Veterinary Pathology from the same university in 2002. From 2006 to 2012, he joined the Comparative Biomedical Science program at Cornell University for his Ph.D, and he remained at Cornell for his postdoctoral training for the following 4 years. His research focuses on bacterial pathogenesis, specifically in salmonellosis. During 2015-2016, Dr. Hung received clinical Bacteriology/Mycology training from the Animal Health Diagnostic Center at Cornell University. Dr. Hung is a diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Microbiologists in Bacteriology and Mycology.
